Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different usernames, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Kasiwin employs technical detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be suspended, and any balances or winnings accrued across those Accounts are subject to forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Kasiwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.
You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information in your Account profile at all times. Material discrepancies between Account information and identity documents submitted during KYC may result in Account suspension pending verification. Kasiwin shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or thereafter.
Kasiwin accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), instant bank transfer services (DuitNow, FPX), online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).
The standard minimum deposit on Kasiwin is RM 50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Minimum deposit thresholds are subject to change at Kasiwin's discretion and will be communicated clearly within the deposit section of the Platform.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are derived from lawful sources. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. Kasiwin reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.
All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to the MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. Kasiwin is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of initiation and confirmation of a transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be permitted to process withdrawals. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is specified in the individual promotion. By way of example: a ×15 wagering requirement applied to a RM 100 bonus requires RM 1,500 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is unlocked.
When a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM 250, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the rollover. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market type. Specific contribution rates are stated within each promotion's terms.
Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issue — will be automatically forfeited from your Account. No extensions will be granted except at the sole discretion of Kasiwin management.
Kasiwin takes a firm stance against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting bonus mechanics through systematic low-risk betting strategies, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. Any detected abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account termination.
All sports bets placed on Kasiwin are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or competition. Kasiwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including incorrect odds, system errors, or data feed failures) and to return the stake to the player's Account balance. Settled bets will not be reversed except where an obvious error has occurred.
Casino games — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — are governed by the rules of each respective game as displayed within the game interface. Kasiwin does not modify game outcomes and does not hold any advantage beyond the mathematically inherent house edge built into each game by the game provider.
Sports markets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, the Premier League for EPL results). In the event of a result dispute or event abandonment, the market-specific rules as stated within the betting platform will apply.
Kasiwin shall not be held responsible for bets placed during a technical failure, connectivity interruption, or game error. In such circumstances, affected bets may be voided at Kasiwin's discretion and stakes returned.

Kasiwin employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in respect of any prohibited conduct detected on the Platform. Any winnings or balances associated with prohibited activity are subject to immediate freezing and recovery.
Kasiwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so in compliance with applicable legal obligations. During a suspension, all pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Kasiwin's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations.
Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited. Kasiwin may also recover any promotional credits or bonuses found to have been obtained through fraudulent means. Kasiwin's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Kasiwin makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Kasiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change to these Terms, Kasiwin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. However, the responsibility for regularly reviewing these Terms rests with the user.
Any use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international principles governing online gaming and entertainment platforms.
In the event of any dispute between you and Kasiwin arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact Kasiwin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Kasiwin will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
Should informal resolution prove unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.
